• Assist in daily report preparation.
• Assist in preparing communications to business partners (e.g.: latest promotion, operation arrangement, fund change announcement and industry update, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining broker's datafeed record, follow up on related enquiries and participate in regular meeting.
• Assist in updating the e-Library / contents in our shared drives for the department. Ensure the information in our online platform is updated.
• Handle office administrative services.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement

• Higher diploma holder or above (remarks: Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management is advantageous).
• 3+ years relevant experience in sizeable organization.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in both written Chinese and English.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Officer.
