Office Assistant 辦公室助理 – HK$16K - HK$18K + Bonus, 5天工作, 九龍灣  

我們的客戶是一間投資公司，業務包括物流、金融科技等，現正招聘人才加入他們的團隊。

Responsibilities

•          基本文書工作
•          定期訂購一般文具、外賣及辨公用品
•          招呼客人，為高層和訪客提供茶水, 偶爾需清洗茶杯
•          保持辦公室及會議室整潔
•          處理郵件/文件交付工作
•          簡單清潔及消毒文儀用品, 補充蒸餾水, 復印紙, 紙杯
•          處理其他雜項

Requirements

•          中五或以上
•          最少 1 – 2 年辦公室助理/文員/行政經驗
•          良好廣東話、英語及普通話（需與外籍高層溝通！）
•          有責任感, 盡責,細心勤奮, 守時, 有禮
•          懂 MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint及中英文打字
•          可即時上班者優先
