IBM Digital Business Automation Brand Technical Specialist (BTS) is a technical sales role of IBM Hong Kong, responsible for the promotion of IBM Digital Business Automation portfolio in Hong Kong, including but not limited to IBM FileNet, IBM Business Process Manager (BPM), IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA), IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), etc.

IBM Digital Business Automation BTS should demonstrate good communication skills and could collaborate among with IBM sales or cross teams to qualify, quantify opportunities, to deliver solution presentation and proposal for our customers.

• Bachelor Degree holder from Computer Science / Engineering relevant discipline is expected；
• At least 5 years working experience in the area of Digital Business Automation, Intelligent Workflow, Digital Workforce, Hyper Automation solution area.
• Project experience of deploying digital business automation solution in the industry of Banking, Insurance and Government sectors.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in some of the following software / technology area, such as:
  • - IBM Filenet
    - IBM Business Process Manager (BPM)
    - IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
    - IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA)
    - Or other similar industry solution area like: Digital Business Automation, Intelligent Workflow, Digital Workforce, Hyper Automation etc.
    - J2EE or IBM WebSphere technology
    - Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift technology

• Able to provide support occasionally beyond usual business hours
• Fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage
