The essential job duties:

• Manage the day to day operations of the department
• Contribute to the growth of sales in the store
• Engage and create loyalty by conveying Dior values
• Maintain service standard as per Company’s requirements
• Supervising Performance and Sales
• Supporting Customer Relations and Services

Others:

• Monitor and control stock inventories
• Provide necessary support to the floor and cashier
• Maintain the floor display area and merchandise
• Maintain the general security of the boutique including opening and closing of the boutique, safety of different exits, merchandises and the POS procedures.
• Support people development within the team

 Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with 2 year at supervisory level in luxury retail industry
• Passionate in Dior brand philosophy
• Sophisticated clientele experience and selling skills
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, passionate, proactive & service oriented
