Our client is an eyelash company in Central.  They offer the highest quality lash extension services available from the U.S. right in the heart of Hong Kong. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Perform support duties to Operations, monitor process quality, manage transaction workflow, handle stakeholders’ enquiries
• Provide all-round administration supports as ensure the smooth daily operation
• Maintain a monthly inventory of consumable, supplies and products
• Organize employees shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Handle administration in daily operation and provide good customer care services and complaints
• Perform other ad hoc matters

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years’ operations experience, preferably in hotel lounge & spa / beauty centre
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent people management and presentation skills
• Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred
