Job Description

The Role
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, this exciting role sits within the Customer Support Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB).  The primary focus of the role is to be responsible to handle and resolve clients and candidates’ enquiries through hotline and emails. This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision, and represents a brand-new opportunity. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment, and be a change champion, with the role evolving over time, as we progress through our technological & operational transformation.

  • You are able to recommend suitable product features through inbound and necessary outbound calls
  • You will carry out low-touch product features training to promote product usage or adoption easily
  • You are passionate to assist clients on advertisement refinements and provide advices
  • Building relationship and keeping trustful with clients through proactive follow-up actions will be your key to success
  • You are responsible for other ad hoc/special assignments or projects.

The Team
Report to Customer Support Manager.

Qualification
So, what we are looking for?

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales/ customer service/ telesales experience
  • Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude
  • Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • You are an extraordinary team player. You are responsible and supportive. You say “we” more than “I”. While engaging in discussions, you actively listen and bring valuable thoughts or opinions to the table when the “Eureka” moment strikes!
