Deputy General Manager - Call Centre (Banking; Station in Guangzhou)

Our client is a famous Banking Group in HK. They are looking for a Deputy General Manager to join their growing team:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer Contact Centres including Hong Kong Hotlines, Mainland Hotlines and Telemarketing.
• Responsible for planning, project management and staff development.
• Meet service level agreements, business targets and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor new task migrations.
• Streamline operation processess to improve cost control and productivity.

• University graduate in Banking, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' solid working experience in banking, call centre or business process outsourcing, of which at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Solid experience in banking/call centre operations.
• Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
