Job Description

(Long-term Contract)

The incumbent will support the planning and execution of retail operations in Water World, which include souvenirs, lockers, Splash Pass, to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent services to guests. He/She needs to manage retail operations according to company guidelines, strive for excellence in execution, and participate in manpower and talent development.

Requirements

F.5 or above
With at least 5 years of working experience in retail field, in which not less than 3 years in shop management
Computer literacy in MS Office and POS Systems are required
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A passion and affinity for retail operations, result-driven and pragmatic with a hands-on management style
Able to work outdoor on shift on weekends and public holidays
