Job Description

The Sales Associate represents the Company towards the customer. He/she is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this professionalism in promoting the corporate image, in the Store's turnover as well as in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Sell shirts and accessories in accordance with the stores objectives and achieve daily sales goals
Deliver exceptional shopping experience for every customer to exceed their expectations and ensure our standards of service are consistently executed at all times
Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating professional sales techniques
Respond to customer requests including after-sales service
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including daily inventory counts
Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping
Participate in training regularly to remain fluent in product knowledge and selling strategy
Assist with in-store events

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in high-end fashion industry
Pleasant, presentable, energetic and results driven
Service-oriented and a good team player
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
