Principal Accountabilities 主要職責

• Maintain smooth operations of store management 
  保持暢順的店鋪營運
   
• Optimize sales though effective implementation of business strategies
  透過有效的業務策略去提高店舖銷售目標
   
• Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPIs
  激勵和推動員工以達到個人和店舖的績效指標
   
• Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standards
  提出及實行新措施以提高服務標準
   
• Training and guiding new staff 
  提供培訓及指導新入職員工
   
• Achieve store sales target
  完成公司制定的銷售目標
   
• Provide professional customer services to customers 
  為客人提供專業的客戶服務
   
• Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
  確保貨品按照公司指引陳列及保持貨場整潔, 並能指導店員做好陳列調整
• Assist in inventory management
  協助貨存管理
   

Qualification & Experience Needed 所需專業技能和工作經驗

• At least 3 years working experience in retail shop with at least 1 years managerial experience
  至少有3年以上的零售經驗及至少1年以上的管理經驗
  
  
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  良好的英文, 中文及國語會話能力
  
  
• Passionate with people and customer service, friendly & outgoing
  主動熱誠
  
  
• Good interpersonal skill
  具良好的溝通技巧
  
  
• High sense of responsibility
  具責任感
  
  
• Good team player
  有團隊合作精神
