- To pre-sales & post-sales support to our customer, like demo, support, testing on varies solutions product offering (both hardware & software)
- To provide on-site visit & support with sales
- To carry out application system testing
- To assist in requirements gathering and systems analysis
- To support system implementation & deployment
- To perform user training and compile technical manuals documentation for application systems
Job Requirements
- High Diploma Holder in Computing/ Software Engineering, higher or equivalent
- At least 3 years or above professional experience in software/application/network support, either internal or external support
- Strong skills and solid experience in software application/network support and familiarize with cost & control application, DMS/ECM & other software/application knowledge would be advantages
- Excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft based environment, with Microsoft Certificate or other computer-related certificate will be advantages
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to work independently, willing to learn, being flexible with can-do attitude
