Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Drive supply chain procurement & engineering projects development with the goals to strengthen innovation & sustainability to the company
- Manage daily operation process including manufacturing & restaurant projects setup, functional and technical requirements formulation, suppliers’ evaluation, and solution management
- Develop supply chain project budget and resources forecast to support business development & sourcing needs
- Work with cross functions stakeholders including materials planning & engineering team to analyze and troubleshot the business or technical issue in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage regular multiple projects update to senior management with presentable project approach
- Degree holders in business or operation related subjects
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in supply chain & project development, proven track records to drive new business or model setup & success process transformation
- Strong capability in business architecture, project implementation, suppliers’ management, CAPEX assessment skills and stakeholders communication
- Engineering or equipment projects experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS office especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Practical experience in ERP system operation preferable
