About This Role…

• Understand the customer' logistics requirements and work closely with merchandisers and suppliers to priorities and plan shipments accordingly to meet customers' expectation and on time delivery requirements
• Ensure Merchandising Team's timely execution of order updates and shipping coordination in order to meet the customer's delivery requirement
• Monitor and compile logistics related data for the purpose to support the process of exception handling, such as impacts of COVID, container shortage, change of shipment mode etc.
• Verify internal and external data and ensure effective logistics planning, including coordinating and verifying shipment timeline.  This includes collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and minimize last minutes revision & delay
• Analyze and digest logistics data with suppliers and forwarders to deliver insights and streamline logistics processes
• Develop and monitor logistics performance metrics/data for stakeholders reports and improvement’s purpose

You might be a good fit if you have …

• Bachelor Degree holder, Major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline 
• At least 3 years of work experience in shipping & logistics management, experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is an advantage
• Hands on experience in shipping and logistics Management 
• Gained experience in managing shipment & logistics planning is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross functional teamwork
• Ability to plan and prioritize work and work well under pressure
• Customer oriented and result focus
• Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
