• Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for shipment and order follow up
  • Handle full set I/E documents independently
  • Liaise and coordinate internally and externally on shipping / local transportation
  • Prepare packing list, invoice and delivery note
  • Communicate with overseas clients and forwarding company for shipment arrangement

  Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with full certificate
  • At least 2 years full set shipping experience in trading  (Mainly Europe / USA / Canada market)
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Word, Excel, English and Chinese word processing)
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable and independent
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
