Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales, production and account department for smooth operation and meet shipping schedule. Follow up of shipment and update the status in system
• Liaise with factories / logistics providers / clients directly for arranging shipment and/or any logistics related issues
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, other shipping supporting documents
• Apply Form A, C/O, Tradelink, etc. related to shipment 
• Capable in handling full set I/E shipping documents, banking documentations(Export Trade Loan) & custom documents independently
• Control logistics and shipping related costs, post-shipment filling 

       Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in shipping and handling major US/UK/India retailer accounts
• Familiar with Experience in handling different shipping terms, particularly DDP and DDU, is an advantage
• Well-versed in customs rules and regulations
• Strong communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft office/Excel & Chinese word processing
