About the Company  

Our client is an international fashion retailer that is continuing to expand its presence across Asia. To cope with business needs, management is looking for a Regional Wholesale Assistant / Executive to support the regional wholesale team. 

About the Role 

• Ensure shipments are delivered in a timely order
• Ensure all sales, stock levels and arrivals are accurately updated
• Review and further enhance existing operation efficiencies
• Raise delivery notes & issue references for all related parties
• Manage day-to-day relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Support to handle daily warehouse operations or assigned projects
• Support to handle inbound/outbound activities (HK/MO/TW/SEA)
• Liaise with internal and external partner to ensure warehouse smooth operation
• Handle order goods and ensure collect the goods on time
• Inventory control and prepare stock take reports
• Support office admin as assigned
• Ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree/diploma holder in office management/logistics or related disciplines preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with any sizeable MNC, preferably from Consumer Retail sector
• Proven track record in fine-tuning existing Operations
• Proficient in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and willing to work in a multicultural environment.
