- Handling daily operations, flight planning and export documentation.
- Coordinate/Communicate with all concerned parties(CS/warehouse/Airlines/GHA/co-loaders) for shipment arrangement
- Data entry in OFS and Cargowise system
- Monitor the shipment status, prepare the reports for customers and system updates
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Form 5 graduates / DSE or above
- Experience in handling airfreight industry and Cargowise are highly preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must and demonstrated ability to manipulate data rapidly and efficiently
- Shift duty and work at public holiday may be required
- Willing to work overtime and under pressure
- Work Location: Kwai Chung
- More experience will be considered as Supervisor
