Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading global product and system development in International Freight Forwarding (IFF) department
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement
• Work closely with IT team and internal business stakeholders to collect, analyze and design business/system processes and requirement changes
• Implement IFF Air and Ocean business process improvement initiatives
• Define user test cases and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Coordinate with IT team for project deployment; evaluate post-implementation results for necessary system fine-tunings and operation adaption
• Support user account maintenance, provide new user training and update training materials
• Maintain project timelines and ensure proper project documentation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Supply Chain & Logistics / IT or related disciplines, with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in International Freight Forwarding industry
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, detail conscious and demonstrate extensive communication skills
• Self-motivated, sound organizational skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office, familiar with Power BI, SAP or Business Objects
• Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
