Responsibilities

• Process policy administration duties for non-motor General Insurance policies eg. policy issuance, renewals and endorsements
• Support underwriting department with administrative requests and customer service
• Ensure high service standards and quality standards are met
• Perform ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirements

• Post-Secondary educated with 5 years of experience in Non-motor Policy Administration
• Good technical knowledge of non-motor General Insurance
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated and able to work independent
• PC proficiency in Word and Excel
