Job Description
- Follow up daily Airfreight export shipment with overseas branches / agents closely;
- Provide efficiency and high quality of service to internal and external customers;
- Follow up flight information and related documents with all parties concerned;
- Operating system update in relating to assigned customer booking
- Achieve client satisfaction and build relationships with customers;
- Ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s SOPs;
- Diploma or above with 1-2 year(s) experience in sair freight import/export operation
- Knowledge on transshipment, export documents, import/export declaration
- Good computer knowledge in MS office
- Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
- Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is preferred
