Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Advises the management to meet business and organizational objectives, ensuring that Human Capital is managed consistently with the business strategy
- Advises the management on organizational development matters and change management strategies
- Designs and implement key HR processes, starting from recruitment, training and compensation
- Analyses employee’s engagement drivers and cooperate with HR HQs to implement specific programs addressed to reinforce employee’s participation and involvement
- Builds relationships with managers and leaders to optimize team performance and engagement acting as a coach to support them through the management of complex issues
- Ensures legal compliance of labour contracts to legislation and Group policies
- Supervises Payroll and ensure legal compliance of all personnel administration activities
- Manage and implement Insurance claim procedures as per policies in place
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field and first leadership responsibilities, fresh graduate also welcome
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is a must
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Change management competencies
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of Italian language is preferred but not a must
