Responsibilities:

- Planning for products and place order to supplier, follow up shipment as well as receiving

- To create and update master data in system when receiving request from planner, HFM and client

- Monthly checking and verify the pricing in the system while working with client, HFM and supplier

- Prepare reports regarding receiving, weekly sales and other related report to the team, to customer and to HFM.

- Check tally and supplier document to verify physical receiving match with supplier and HFM document.

- Follow up variance with supplier and HFM when physical receive mismatch with document

- Performing stock adjustment after approval from related parties including but not limited from claim; stock take adjustment; dump form etc.

- Assist in claim process for documents from DC, carrier and HFM when we need to claim with supplier or carrier and complete the settlement in system.

- Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

- F7 or above in Supply Chain Management / Logistic / Business Administration

- Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years relevant experience preferred, with experience in Logistic / Supply Chain / FMCG would be an advantage but not essential.

- Strong in MS excel, like pivot table, Vlookup, SumIf, etc.

- Good interpersonal, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

- Logical thinking and strong numerical sense, fast learner and be independent in handling the task assigned

- Have sense of urgency, be proactive and risk alert

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
