• Assist in handling all aspects of logistic and necessary documents
• Cooperate with team members and others to achieve desired results and support business needs
• Liaise with shipping forwarders 
• Custom declaration for shipments
• All export procedures with shipping forwarder and third party shipping ERP system
• Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required
• 協助處理物流文書工作，接聽電話、回覆電郵；
• 做好進出貨登記核對，完成貨存記錄，物流和報關文檔憑證的梳理裝訂；
• 支持各部門工作（如採購銷售，倉務部）， 與報關公司委託合作的聯絡；
• 運用ERP系統進行相關物流工作，日常維護ERP系統
• 負責貨物的報關工作
• 執行其他上司指派的職務。

Job Requirements

• F6 or above
• At Least 1 year of relevant working experience in Warehouse shipping/logistics
• Strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Able to communication with English and Mandarin 
• familiar with logistic systems is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• 中六或以上程度
• 必須具有1年相關物流、空運貨運、船務工作經驗
• 熟練MS Excel，,Word, 基本電腦操作知識，中英文打字
• 良好粵語，一般普通話，一般英語
• 有物流系統操作經驗
• 立即上班者優先
