The Air Export Executive is responsible to handle Airfreight export daily operations activities.

Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Handle Airfreight (AFR) export daily operations activities
• Process shipping documents
• Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the booking slips
• Ensure compliance to the customers’ shipping requirements/instructions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely
• Fax documents and scan pre-alerts if required

 Requirements:

• No experience will also be considerable 
• F. 5 or above
• Basic knowledge in AFR export handling / documentation
• Day & Night Shift is required
• Willing to work overnight and long working hours
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fresh Graduated will be considerate 

We offer 13 months salary, medical, shift & overtime allowance and 14 days Annual leave to right candidate. Salary can reach 19 - 21K.
