Responsibilities:

• Prime contact point in relation to any shipping issues
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness
• Liaise with warehouse team in preparing the incoming shipments
• Monitor the schedules for all arriving containers
• Prepares all shipping documents for arriving / export shipments
• Letter of Credits opening
• Ensure the operations of the picking and packing functions are running smoothly

Requirements:

• Form 7 or Above, Diploma in Shipping or related discipline
• At least 5 yrs shipping experience in FMCG /Trading /Logistics companies
• Gained experience in handling import & export shipping documents & L/C processing
• Familiar with Trade link system
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
• Stable, Mature, Fast Learner, Independent, Strong commitment and responsibility
• Immediate Available is an advantage
