Overall Project Summary:

NTS, a leading APM project developer got awarded a project of the Existing APM system Modification Works in Hong Kong airport with Contract name of 3602. NTS scope is to successfully provide a modification work to the existing Client’s premises with 6 Stages works including depot and provide also a new system in the extended tunnel from design to T&C.

Project Progress status:

As of May 2022, this project had completed design works and installation / construction/test &commissioning for Stage1. Currently This project is under Stage 2.

Role / Key responsibility:

Project schedule programmer / progress coordinator under guidance and supervision of Project Manager is to be responsible for updating project schedule and reporting progress status based on project’s baseline programme with the following roles under;

1. He/she is to be responsible for updating project programme with actual project progress status by monitoring and forecasting works during all project phases and get an approval from the Client.

2. He/she is to be responsible for performing regular analysis of all schedule trends.

3. He/she is to be responsible for generating weekly, bi-weekly and monthly progress reports.

4. He/she is to be responsible for preparing and applying for work permits.

Qualification:

Essential ;
1. Sufficient experience and skill in use of project software (Primavera P6).

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning/scheduling.

3. Proficiency in Spoken and Written English.

Desirable
• Hong Kong Project Experience.
• Experience with APM (Automatic People Mover, Train) project. End.
