Support of end users, infrastructure in comms room. Experiences in financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

•        Provide support to end-users by solving problems on both hardware and software;
•        Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable supports of computer systems, networking device & servers;
•        Maintain and monitor the company's computer system, network system, email, printer, SAN/NAS storage are working normally;
•        Procurement of hardware and software inventory/license control and relevant documentation control;
•        Datacenter / Comms room collocation and/or Cloud installation of services;
•        Upgrade or modify software systems, and/or operating systems to meet specialized needs of company operations.

Requirements:

•        Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline;
•        3+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, holder of related IT certificate is an advantage;
•        Hands-on experiences in setting up servers, storage, firewalls, routers, switches, other infrastructure devices and managing server room;
•        Good experience and knowledge in end user support is a great advantage;
•        Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
•        Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
•        Immediate available is preferred.

CISP、CISA、CCNA、CCNP Network Infrastructure and Security related project implementation and operation experience, solid understanding of network protocols

Responsibilities

•        Responsible for network, infrastructure and security related project implementation, operation and maintenance;
•        Perform daily network inspections, upgrades and transformation to meet business needs;
•        Work with the business stakeholders to gather the business requirement and come up network solutions to support the business needs;
•        Responsible for daily maintenance of server room and perform network administrations of routers, switches, firewalls and other appliances;
•        Assist to maintain IT security standard and baseline pertaining to network infrastructure and provide on-going support to related audit & risk assessment.

Requirements:

•        Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline;
•        3+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, holder of CISP、CISA、CCNA、CCNP is an advantage;
•        Hands-on experiences in setting up firewalls, routers, switches, other security devices and managing server room;
