About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help and provide technical support to the end user. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious, open-minded and smart-working. Have an excellent working knowledge of the IT industry as a whole.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the IT operations and support
- Provide support, technical services and daily routine tasks and system operation
- Perform regular system & network review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and incident and change management
- Document procedures and processes when necessary
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, network and infrastructure
- Experience in Windows, Network infrastructure, NAS, AD, etc.
- Good knowledge in hardware / system troubleshooting
- Sound knowledge in IT security, performance tuning (Network/System), capacity planning, storage and networking
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills who can interact with people at different level and different culture
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese / English
- Immediate available
