Job Responsibility:

• Follow company instruction to fulfill job requirements
• Attend service job call according to schedule
• Complete project on customer site according to customer requirement

• Analyze,  troubleshooting , setup , installation and testing on PC,  Server, IT peripherals and Networking issue 

• Support the team in the daily operations as assigned by supervisor
• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required 

Job Requirement:

• VTC Graduate / F.5 or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services
• provide It Tier-1 support services for client
•  Able to provide good customer service & good communication skil
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and networking
• Hardworking, Mature, Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit
• Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered
