Responsibilities

• Provide digital support to users on PC, iOS, O365 and system functions;
• Windows / Mac installation, setup, configuration and upgrade;
• Proactive health check and troubleshoot of warehouse equipment and infrastructure;
• Ensure that warehouse operations are smooth;
• Maintain and deliver high quality of operations and services;
• Other ad hoc duties/project to be assigned.

 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in service delivery and digital workspace solution;
• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Sound knowledge in iOS, O365, server, cloud and EUC (end user computing) support;
• High initiative with strong ownership;
• Substantial knowledge of IT support and operations;
• Service minded and a great team player;
• Great communication and presentation skills, in written and verbal English (and Chinese).
