Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and implementation support in HRMS project.
• Participate in HRMS project task, data cleansing, system testing and report building.
• Provide support services to clients on day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for script preparation, system configuration and system management.
• Assist consultants on project and task development and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Human Resources or HRMS solution or IT service industry.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and basic IT knowledge.
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance and MPF Scheme Ordinance is an advantage
• Knowledge in C#, SQL and any programming language is an advantage.
•  Knowledge in Business Intelligence Tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Cloud Service Provider Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
• Experience in HRMS is an advantage.
• Experience in using MRC HRMS as end user is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
• Good at communication skill in both Cantonese and English.
