Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support and handling related documentation for project teams
• Provide weekly and monthly project reports and summary
• Ensure coordination between clients, project delivery team and internal teams
• Handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain filing system
• Perform ad-hoc supporting task as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1-year work experience preferred but not a must, fresh graduate welcomed
• Well-organized, independent, detail minded and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Good in both spoken and written of English, and Cantonese
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
