The successful candidates

  • At least 1-3 years of experiences as Scrum Master, 4+ years in Project & Change; more years of experience will be considered for Senior Scrum Master roles
  • Well-versed in Agile/ Scrum methodology is required
  • Proactive individual who enjoys building up relationships with internal team and project stakeholders
  • Strong experiences of digital project/ insurance project is ideal but not a must
  • Good understanding with IT team or the business side, a technical background is preferred but not a must
  • Cantonese speaker is a must
