The successful candidates
- At least 1-3 years of experiences as Scrum Master, 4+ years in Project & Change; more years of experience will be considered for Senior Scrum Master roles
- Well-versed in Agile/ Scrum methodology is required
- Proactive individual who enjoys building up relationships with internal team and project stakeholders
- Strong experiences of digital project/ insurance project is ideal but not a must
- Good understanding with IT team or the business side, a technical background is preferred but not a must
- Cantonese speaker is a must
