Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 to L2 application support and troubleshoot incidents on a daily basis.
• Interact effectively with internal & external business units to resolve problems.
• Provide timely update and escalation for complex problem resolution.
• Handle UAT testing, adhere to operations procedure and documentation.
• Handle data enquiries from business units

 Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in application support organization.
• Experience in SQL and Linux
• Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
• Able to support under non-office hour.
