About The Role:

• Engage with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
• Liaise with business users, vendor and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the Project
• Document business functional specification, user manuals and SOP to support the system development life cycle
• Plan and perform system quality assurance tests with QA team
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training
• Support user acceptance test, parallel runs and go-live
• Well manage user expectation to ensure deliveries with quality with proper assurance
• Identify, resolve and communicate system issues for daily support

 About You:

• University graduate in Information Technology, eCommerce, or relevant discipline.
• 2 - 5 years of solid experience in business analysis / project management
• Knowledge in website / mobile applications / system integrations.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Inventory Management / Order Management / Warehouse Management
