A Global leading consulting firm is currently seeking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their expanding Digital Transformation team. You will be working closely with Senior Management on identify new business opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to business development opportunities by prospecting potential clients
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and long-term partnership goals
• Execute/manage a comprehensive Sales Go-to-Market Plan
• Drive collaboration with other capabilities by sharing relevant insights, and helping to identify and develop integrated propositions 
• Accurately forecast business and track progress towards goal and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales operations in sizeable solutions providers
• Excellent IT knowledge, including infrastructure and software solutions
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, aligning products and services to market demand 
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives
• Highly self-motivated, with extremely strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills
