Your new company
Our client is one of a leading life and medical insurance service provider. For their business progression, they are currently looking for a Senior Claims Manager to join their Hong Kong office.

Your new role

• Manage daily claims operation and claims monitoring controls
• Provide training and coaching for the latest procedures and guidelines, regulations and knowledge.
• Participate in new product launch, provide feedback from and comment for products etc.
• Establish operation guidelines and procedure for claims to achieve company target
• Ad hoc assigned projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 8 years of life insurance claims experiences, managerial experience would be preferred.
• Experienced in major claims would be a plus
• FLMI/ FLHC/ALHC qualification or equivalent will be preferred
• Strong in decision making with policy administration and customer service
• Fluent in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in life/medical products
