Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to project team
- Work closely with all internal and external parties in order to facilitate and monitor the progress of projects
- Assist in preparing progress reports for management and project use
- Work on ad hoc assignments as required
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office application including Word & Excel
- Well organized, responsible and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
