Responsible for loading materials into machines for production, adjusting machine speeds during production, solving production issues and inspecting the boards produced.

Objectives

• Operate the machine, which includes understanding the sequence of events, the control panel and indicators, and understand how to replenish supplies and components
• Set-up of the machine, which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading and changing)
• General machine cleaning and upkeep per the Standard Operating Procedures
• Visual Inspection and manual repairs of PCBs produced

Machines:
Hanwha / Essemtec machines in operation

Candidate has a clear understanding of:

• Procedures for handling and storing moisture sensitive devices (MSDs)
• ESD requirements of area
• SMT workmanship requirements
• Principles of ESD and uses ESD precautions in material handling
• Inventory control methods (i.e. shortages, NCM process, and understand of work order system)
• All material transactions within computer (inventory audit trails)
• The 5S system and adheres to and encourages others to comply with the principles
