Responsibility:

• Establish, implement and maintain food safety and quality system
• Monitor all quality and hygiene issue of factory
• Maintain ISO 22000, HACCP and Food safety
• Prepare necessary QA reports
• Complaint investigation & trouble-shooting
• Completion of production specification forms for customers for both HK made and imported items
• Pest control arrangement and follow up
• Prepare and conduct Factory and Safety audit by third party auditor
• Follow up & develop corrective action plan
• Supervise Cleaning department
• Co-ordinate with contractors and in-house engineers on work schedule for various maintenance work to be done
• Follow up on QA check to be done for supermarket counters and cafes, conduct monthly visits with operations team
• Product nutrition labeling implementation
• Liaise with all internal party for routine committee meeting
• Ad hoc QA projects assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• 3-4 years relevant working experience
• 2 year solid experience in Food Industry is preferable
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, able to work under independently
• Knowledge of Hong Kong nutrition labeling regulations
• Sound background in food manufacturing audit and safety audit
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistance Quality Assurance Officer
