• Act as a critical role in protecting the interests of the owner and their businesses
• Maintain complete control and coordination between the Business Owner and the operating party and also ensure all service level agreements are in compliance.
• Oversee the hotel operations to ensure adherence to the group’s brand standards
• Prepare an Annual Business plan with a clear focus on revenue forecasting for the Hotel project or business.
• Meeting with the hotel operations regularly to review business performance, services quality, and expenses
• Control cost and revenue, and review the rate structure.
• Be a strategic partner and assist the hotels in developing new business opportunities

• Degree holder, preferably with some Accounting and Finance trainings
• 10 years or above managerial experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong financial modeling skills and analytical skills; able to explain the implications of calculation in plain language
• Strong sense of accountability and able to work independently
• Must be fluent in speak, read, write, and understand the English and Chinese language
