Job Description
Responsibilities:
- This position is directly responsible for monitoring Sales, Profit, Food Safety, Quality and cleanliness in the stores.
- Report to Group Manager for business condition and sustain Jollibee quality standard
- Willing to work at different Jollibee restaurants
- Responsible to recruit crew for restaurant needs
- Able to lead a group of Assistant Mangers to run the restaurant in different shift
- Standardizes, continuously improves stores product quality
- Understand Jollibee Operations requirement and provide suggestion to management
Requirements:
- Able to speak Tagalog and fluent English is a must
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Jollibee Operations or fast food chain are essential
- For Assistant Restaurant Manager, 3 years experience in Jollibee Operations or fast food chain are essential.
