Working Location: Yuen Long, Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities based on consumer insight & market trend and manage new product development projects from idea to launch
• Work closely with R&D on NPD design (including sensory, packaging format, sustainability, nutrition etc.) that fits consumer needs and trend
• Monitor NPD process through regular review with stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and on-time completion
• Identify and manage risks to ensure smooth project launch
• Explore F&B trends to initiate long term product innovation opportunities through research and analysis

Requirements

• University Graduate in Science or other related disciplines
• 3 years or above product development and project management experience, preferably from F&B industries quality
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good project management and data analysis capability
