Responsibilities:

• Able to handle 800 or above staff payroll independently
• Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
• Comply with labor ordinance and legal requirements in HKSAR
• Ensure and mention payroll records correctness and comply summaries of all relevant staff cost (i.e. tax, leave, MPF, etc) for management review

Requirements:

• 2- 3 years of proven experience in providing payroll services to sizable companies in the capacity of officer or above
• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Accounting
• Well-versed with employment related ordinances and all HR practices
• Proficiency in PC operation (incl. Internet tool and media, Chinese word processing and MS Office)
• Familiar with Flex System (HRM system)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hard working, high sense of responsibilities and people oriented
• Work under pressure and independently with high efficiency and accuracy
• Attentive to details, meticulous, sensitive to numerical figures and multi-tasking
• Immediately available is a must
