Our client is a well known pastry brand with strong reputation in the market. Quality and taste of their products are excellent. Because of business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Production Planner to manage the back end central kitchen operation (Pastry). 

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the kitchen and ensure the smooth running.
• Coordinate with retail and sales team for inventory and production planning.
• Manage the production team on manpower arrangement as well as performance management.
• Work closely with the R&D team for seasonal and festival product development and planning.
• Ad hoc tasks arranged by Chef leader.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in production or supply chain related discipline.
• At least 3 years of food production experience , focused on planning.
• Excellent planning skills and communication skills. Able to work with the teams.
• Independent and organized candidate is preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese is essential
