Description

Responsibilities:

* Drive and lead the team to the right direction in leveraging different software development projects from both technical and business perspectives
* Provide solution architecture and detailed designs for different software development products
* Play the role of subject matter experts for client projects and ensure the quality of solution delivery
* Train up the development team on/off-shore and ensure to follow proper development frameworks
* Lead the testing cycles of product development and project delivery, and improve the testing productivity with Rational application lifecycle platform
* Support pre-sales activities including client presentation, input on project budget and schedule, etc

Profile

Requirement:

* University degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or Business Administration
* Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in Financial Services / Consulting / IT Solution Vendor; with experience in trading and treasury system is preferred
* Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multi-tasks simultaneously and work in a global work environment;
* Solid experience in JAVA, Spring Boot Framework, Microservice, and RESTful APIs
* Working knowledge of support technologies (UNIX, Linux, Windows, SOA compliant, Web Based services, SQL, Oracle, CISCO, SAP etc);
* Demonstrate knowledge and delivery capability to successfully implement program;
* Good leadership, problem analysis and solving skill;
