The Job

• Responsible for Presales consultancy,
• Design infrastructure and create technical specifications to fulfil client requirements, specializing in Cloud Service, Server & Storage (Nutanix, Inspur, Netapp) , HCI and Backup solution (NetApp),
• Conduct system operation training for system administrator and users,
• Work closely with sales team at presenting solutions to customer,
•  Analyze users’ requirements and develop detailed solutions,
• Present new products and services to enhance current customer relationship,
• Collaborate with end users, vendors and internal management team to process new solutions.

The Person

• Degree holder of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines,
• At least 2 years’ working experience in infrastructure or system design,
• Holder of Professional Certificates such as NetApp, Commvault, AWS, Nutanix or VMware is an advantage,
•  Project experience on public cloud, SaaS or Backup solution is preferable,
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
•  Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese,
•  Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
