Job Description
Background
We are expanding our award-winning R&D team in Hong Kong to research, develop, enhance and implement our innovative solutions. We are looking for a proactive and energetic candidate to join our international team and work under the direct supervision of our CTO who has 20 year+ of experience in innovation. Since we are making a series of disruptive solutions, we offer a unique opportunity to grow quickly and explore multiple disciplines in addition to web-based development.
- Develop, maintain and implement web-based applications, including but not limited to a variety of dashboards;
- Participate in user requirement study;
- Conduct system testing;
- Prepare technical documentation;
- Monitor healthiness on the production system and scheduled batch job execution; and
- Respond to system alerts and user-reported problems and escalate to corresponding departments.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Web development experience in PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript;
- Prior experience in PhpStorm is a plus but not necessary;
- Good SQL & database knowledge;
- Analytical thinking, good problem solving and debugging skills;
- Self-motivated, dependable, and quality-oriented;
- Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure;
- Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese; and
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered as Senior and fresh graduates are welcomed.
