Job Description
Client Details:
Our client is a listed garment manufacturing company. With the aim to improve operation process, they are looking for an IT Business Partner to develop data analytic frameworks for problem solving and decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering functional requirements from users and initiate different solutions and projects to fulfill business needs
- Ensure users fully adopt enterprise operation systems such as SAP (ERP), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and APS (Advanced planning and scheduling)
- Develop data analytic frameworks for operation problem solving and decision making
- Set appropriate KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of solution and resolve the problems with planning
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
Requirements:
- Education in Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management or related disciplines
- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain or Operation Flow Process improvement
- Strong in data analytic framework development and Business Intelligent tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, Zoho analytics, etc.
- Garment and fashion business background is definitely an advantage
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
