Role Summary

Reporting to the MD, the job holder is expected to be responsible for leading the Research and Development Team with a primary focus to monitor and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry product trends, as well as driving product innovation and overseeing all research project management and development aspects.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end research, development and execution on new technology ideas. This involves conducting feasibility study and detail analysis to ensure the ideas are sound and responsible to liaise on with different stakeholders to get buy-in on the new ideas and drive the execution;
• Provide continuous support for the company's long-term strategic research and development, such as specific R&D technical data, technical analysis of market competition products, and technical team formation etc. continued support;
• Responsible to research and develop solutions to improve the efficiency of the entire R & D team by bring new technology or automation;
• Develop talents in the team on actuarial and technical knowledge to cope with increasing demand and changing business requirements;

• A master’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline;
• At least 10 years of research/related work experience and more than 5 years of research and development experience in the construction industry, and with 2 years at managerial level;
• strong analytical skill with experience in data analytics, big data and/or artificial intelligence (AI);
• have work experience in leading data science projects and conducting reliability management and proficiency in programming languages;
